I am a lawyer with proven determination and ability to present a vigorous defence, advocate eloquently to judges and juries, and involve my clients in every stage of their court proceedings. In most cases, I am able to work with clients all over Ontario.

I accept legal aid certificates. I work with reputable experts and agents. During pretrial proceedings, I go to court for my clients, so that they don’t have to take time off work.

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto and graduated from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. At the Faculty of Law, I received the J.W. Whiteside Award for "outstanding commitment and service to the faculty of law, the legal profession and community". I was called to the Bar in February 2000. I have participated in numerous radio, television and Internet talk shows in my capacity as lawyer, author and publisher, and have been the subject of numerous newspaper and magazine articles.

I am also the founder and editor of the educational magazine, Law for Everyone.

My office is located in Brampton, Ontario.
